An important day in the Vicarious calendar. A complete version of the Vicar Chronicles is now E-ing its way from Punks's ageing computer to Donbledere's flash portable one.
This is not a day for cynicism, which is death to the artist, but I cannot help but agree with the recent email suggesting that "meet the new boss, same as the old boss" is one of the greatest rock lyrics.
Particularly appropriate given the ongoing Enrongate/Andersengate discoveries in this country (and no doubt also in the US, although I am not sure that George W ever claimed to be a "new boss" in quite the same way as "New Labour"). Down boy. There goes that cynicism.
